The Tennessean profiled four of our Escalera students as they graduated from Glencliff High School- and they attribute their success to a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck. Their own hard work and the work of the Conexión Américas staff and volunteers who walk beside them starting in their junior year to navigate the college application process. And a little luck that community members are willing share their own path to success or give them an internship to explore their career field.

Are you willing to share your own work (and maybe a little of your luck)? Our next class of Escalera students, rising seniors starting the path to college are looking for internship opportunities for the summer. As part of the program, students intern in their future career field and our students interested in everything from entrepreneurship to astronomy to education.
What will our next class of students accomplish? Sponsor an intern and be part of that path to success. For more information, please contact Denise Rocha, denise@www.conexionamericas.org or 615.454.6181.
