Join us for our annual fundraising Cafecito: A Cup of Coffee for Conexión Américas, chaired by former Nashville Mayor and Conexión Américas board member, Karl Dean, on Friday, April 22nd from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m at the Music City Center.
You will meet Himmi and Susana and hear their inspiring story as two of Nashville’s newest homeowners—immigrants who have worked hard for years to make Nashville home. You will hear more about the work that Conexión Américas does in the community, like helping immigrants put down roots for their families’ future through our Puertas Abiertas home buyer program.
There is no charge to attend the Cafecito, but the suggested minimum donation is $100. Proceeds enable Conexión Américas to help more than 6,000 Latino and other immigrant families to achieve their American dreams to buy a home, start a small business, learn English, support their children’s school success and path to college, and become an integral part of Nashville’s social, economic and cultural vitality.
RSVPs required.
