On April 20th, 2023, we celebrated the opening of ‘I was. I am. I will be,’ a moving art exhibition at Casa Azafrán. This special event featured the artwork of talented first-generation high school students from Conexión Américas’ Escalera program, a testament to their creativity and potential. We were also grateful for the support of the Tennessee Art League, who not only displayed their own art but generously donated 10% of their sales to the Escalera program.
