About Conexión Américas
Our mission is to build a welcoming community and create opportunities where Latino families can belong, contribute and succeed. Every year, we assist more than 9,000 individuals and their families in their desire to start businesses, improve their English, help their children succeed in school and go to college, and become an integral part of Nashville’s social, cultural and economic vitality. Conexión Américas is the lead partner of Casa Azafrán, a nonprofit collaborative at the gateway to Nashville’s International District that is home to Conexión Américas and nine partners.
Early Voting
Early voting allows you to cast your ballot before Election Day, offering convenience and flexibility to ensure your voice is heard. At Conexión Américas, we encourage everyone to participate in the democratic process.

Our Business Microenterprise program, Negocio Próspero, is designed to help Latino small business owners and entrepreneurs start, grow, and sustain their businesses successfully. We are passionate about supporting aspiring and existing entrepreneurs in our community.

Taxes (Seasonal)
Our Seasonal Tax Assistance program is designed to provide you with the support and resources you need to navigate tax preparation confidently and efficiently. We are proud to be the only VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) site in Tennessee offering services exclusively in Spanish.

College Success

Escalera
Designed to empower 1st generation youth, Escalera prepares students for academic and career success through comprehensive support and mentorship. At Conexión Américas, we are proud to partner with Unidos US to bring you the Escalera Program.
GEAR UP
W are proud to partner with GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) to support students on their journey to higher education. GEAR UP provides essential resources and guidance to empower students from underserved communities to achieve academic success and pursue their dreams.
Padres Compremetidos
At Conexión Américas, we believe in the power of family engagement to support student success and strengthen our community. Our Padres Compremetidos (Parents as Partners)program is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between parents, schools, and the community to ensure the academic and personal growth of every child.
