The Economist’s March 14-20, 2015 issue, Firing Up America, focuses on the growth of the Latino population in the United States and how communities are responding. The multimedia online edition highlights Latinos in Nashville, and features Executive Director Renata Soto and Chef Karla Ruiz of the Conexión Américas Mesa Komal culinary incubator.
