Escalera is a program is delivered through weekly meetings for any first-generation college student (regardless of background) in 11th and 12th grades at select high schools.

GEARUP is a program is delivered at four select MNPS high schools for the graduating class of 2024 & 2025!

The College Success program, which is a continuation of our Escalera high school program, was created to continue supporting Escalera students as they navigate college and their post-secondary education goals.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

This role is a full-time Conexión Américas staff member who is on-site at Overton High School providing specialized support to students.
